This is a legal agreement between ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("ANCIT", "we", "us") and you, the purchaser ("Licensee", "you"). By purchasing and using the SmartWheels kit, you accept all terms below.
1. Grant of License
ANCIT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SmartWheels software suite — including SmartWheels GenX BSW Stack, VxBoot UDS Bootloader, VxDiag Diagnostics Stack, and SmartWheels AR AUTOSAR Stack — solely as permitted under your purchased tier.

3. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share the software or any derivative work.
- You may not reverse-engineer the software for commercial gain or to create a competing product.
- You may not publish or share ANCIT's proprietary source code on public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
- The license is tied to a single user and may not be transferred to another person or institution.
4. Attribution (Research Bundle)
Research Bundle users must include the following acknowledgement in any publication, thesis, or conference paper that uses the ANCIT stack:
"This work was developed using the ANCIT SmartWheels Software Suite. For more information, visit ancit.in."
5. Intellectual Property
All software, firmware, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of ANCIT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This license grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred.
6. Hardware Warranty
The SmartWheels Micro EV3 hardware carries a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, misuse, or modifications void the warranty. Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
ANCIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or hardware, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic work.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these terms. ANCIT reserves the right to revoke a license in the case of misuse. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
